Computers are everywhere these days. People can now order their car like a butler to call your sister or give them directions to go to the nearest football stadium. Many people oppose the omnipresence of machines in our lives because they feel it takes away the humanity in us and creates a distance between us and the world. I see things differently.

Recently there has been quite a lot of research on having a computer chip located inside the brain or some probes hooked to your head and using your brainwaves to move things. My idea is to have this chip or probes hooked to your brain and attached to a kindle or ipad or something of the like. Nowadays Ipads are being used in some schools to teach; no longer the standard blackboard and notebook.
The idea is whatever you're seeing with your mind at the moment the teacher is lecturing, the machine will translate those brain waves onto the ipad or kindle. Many times I find myself conflicted between listening attentively to the teacher or furiously copying down notes.
With this machine, I won't feel conflicted anymore. Furthermore, the teacher's notes usually aren't the foundation of success in the classroom. It's usually the insight the teacher imparts to his/her students through speech. By tracing your exact thought during the lecture, you can kinda retrace your steps in getting to the right thought, the right equation, the right way to think; rather than just memorizing, you see your own thought process! How cool is that?!
